Can someone help me i have been taking 4iu of hgh daily from a 12iu vial reconstuted with 1.2ml bac water but on the third day i dont even have 4iu its always like 3iu left whats happening

lol why 1.2 ml BAC and not 1 ml or 2 ml even. Also make sure you use a vial calculator so you can plan out exactly measures and how many doses it'll get you

because its a 12iu vial so 1.2ml every 10 units is 1iu it still doesnt make sense tho the calculator said i am correct and im still not getting 4iu on the last day its like around 3iu the previous 2 days im pretty sure im using 4iu nothing more

ok then the calcing is good. Doesn't seem like a too big trouble if you lose like 1 iu the last dose fro mthe vial. Either you wasn't exactly precise with the 1.2 ml of BAC, or maybe your needle is a bit too long so it's above the last 1 iu in the vial when you tryna draw it. that would be my guess

Syringes will always have at least some dead-space.

A certain amount will be wasted after administration, because it will remain in the tip of the syringe after usage.

So, it is likely that you are wasting a total of 0.1mL (or 1 IU) as a result of syringe dead-space over the 2 days where you dose 4 IUs. Resulting in the last day having only 3 IUs worth remaining.

What kind of syringes are you using? Luer-lock or insulin syringes?

its a 31g needle so i dont think i can go shorter than that yea thats why im not sure bro

Even though the dead-space for insulin syringes are some of the smallest. It is still possible and likely you’re wasting about 0.05mL per shot to dead space.

The best way to mitigate this is to reconstitute your HGH with more BAC water. This means that although the same amount of liquid will be wasted per shot, the amount of HGH within the liquid stuck inside of the dead-space would be less.

For example, if you reconstitute with 2.4mL instead of 1.2mL, then every time you do a shot you’d still loose 0.05mL. However, the 0.05mL lost would now only contain 0.25 IU of HGH instead of the 0.5 IU of HGH you were loosing before.

alright bet so less concentration and more bac water would mean that less hgh is wasted and trapped in the dead space. good idea bro thank you
