Habe alles durchgelesen, ich danke dir vielmals für deine vielen Vorschläge. Ich würde peptide im großen und Ganzen nur für Knochen Masse holen da ich schon ziemlich gute physique habe. Ich glaube ich würde mir nur ein hgh erhöhendes peptide holen (zb. Cjc oder CHK)Depends on what your goals are my guy.
This is gonna be very long bc I’m bored haha and it’s a very broad topic so bear with me. Also if you have specific goals let me know and I can tell you my opinion. (There’s basically a peptide for everything so…)
First of all you won’t get prescribed any peptides bc they are research chemicals not yet approved for human use.
So the only way is to buy them of grey area sites that sell them labeled as „research chemicals“ and „not approved for human use“. German customs are really strict though so there are high chances of conviscation if it’s not shipped discreetly. (You'll probably not get in any legal trouble though as long as you buy sth that is labeled as stated before.)
Best you buy of a trusted European vendor - let me know if you need any help with that.
With that out of the way - what peptides could you use and for what?
1 - Muscle building:
First of all: if you want to build muscles as a bodybuilder don’t even bother with peptides. I’m assuming you’re talking about overall looks though and they have other benefits too (more about that in 2. and 3.) so I’ll still list some just in case
The main ones here are GHRP‘s - so Growth Hormone Releasing Peptides, GHRH analogs and plain IGF-1 LR3. So the most interesting ones are:
(Spaced form GRHP‘s to GHRH analogs…)
- GHRP-6
- GHRP-2
- Ipamorelin
- CJC-1295 with or without dac
- IGF-1 LR3
Effects:
- Increase natural growth hormone release
- Higher muscle gain
- Enhance recovery
- fat loss
- IGF-1 LR3 is a little dif but they’re all similar in overall effects
Side effects:
- Increased Hunger
- Water retention
- Numbness or tingling
- Maybe increased prolactin or corisol
- others - long term effects not really clear
Side note: CJC and Ipamorelin are often combined and have proven themselves to be a viable option
Let me know if you’d like a recommendation on what to take though based on your goals.
Also important bc other more serious side effects exist, but they depend on the compound your life style etc. and to explain this would take too long for each one.
There are also less radical peptides that just increase recovery etc. so tell me if ur interested in that.
2. Height growth
This will be the same peptides as in 1.
BUT IT IS COPE or at least very very dumb (sry haha but you’re alr 6‘1 so not bad at all)
so why is it cope?
First you can’t grow any taller after growth plates have fused ( typically at ages 18-20)
Second of all - Peptides might increase hgh and therefore igf-1 but they also, due to side effects, like potentially elevated estrogen levels, cause your growth plates to close prematurely.
So: You’ll grow faster, but not taller in total.
Now about the dangerous part.
This is not a rec rly stupid and don’t do it haha but:
Theoretically you could take an aromatose inhibitor keeping your estrogen low - therefore being able to grow for longer. Combined with peptides it theoretically would cause you to grow taller than you normally would have. BUT this is the truth:
Benefits: a few (1 to 2) inches of height
Side effects: Your bones become brittle you get stupid and die young lol
If you really want to do it, let me know. There are some things you could do to make it safer but that’ll cost some money.
3. Bone density/mass
Still the same peptides hsha
Rule of thumb: Bone growth longitudinally and transversely- meaning for example the length of your mandible or your maxilla can only happen until a certain age (18-20) so same problem as before.
BUT peptides can increase bone mass yayyy
This’ll give you a more pronounced brow ridge, stronger jaw, cheekbones etc. It takes a lot of time though - id say at least 4 months to see noticeable effects - witch in turn means you have to be very cautious and plan ahead with side effects in mind.

Mir is nur grad aufgefallen das ich bei einem Punkt scheiße gelabert hab
Peptide die Hgh oder igf-1 erhöhen sind deswegen problematisch für deine Epiphysenfugen weil igf1 ne sekundäre Rolle beim schließen spielt. Außerdem steigt halt dein Testosteron auch bisschen weil du bessere recovery und so hast und das metabolisiert dein Körper halt dann zu nem Teil zu Östrogen. Aber AI‘s sind da dann kein Allheilmittel mehr. Musst halt öfters X-rays machen wenn du noch am Wachsen bist und verhindern möchtest das das aufhört.
Sonst würd ich dir eher auch peptide empfehlen anstelle von Anabolika weil du halt dein Testosteron nicht crashed und is auch generell bisschen unkomplizierter.
Wenn ich du wär würd ich mal cjc dac mit Ipamorelin nen Shot geben aber is ne gute Idee da selbst mal reinzuschauen, mach am besten immer dein eigenes Research
