*low effort, i’ll just name the most common ones and briefly explain what they do, this guide is intended for greys and newbies, if you’re already familiar with peptides i suggest you dnr this*


cjc 1295: synthetic peptide analog of ghrh (growth hormone releasing hormone), it signals the pituitary gland to release more growth hormone into the blood stream
dac: 7d half life (persistent gh release)
no dac: 30m half life (more natural gh pattern)


ipamorelin: synthetic ghs (growth hormone secretagogue) and ghrelin agonist, it binds to ghrelin receptors (the hunger hormone) which inherently stimulates the pituitary gland to produce more gh, paired best with cjc 1295 cited above
2h half life


hgh: human growth hormone is a peptide hormone which is primarily administered for its conversion property to igf-1 (insulin-like growth factor 1) in the liver. igf-1 promotes cell growth, cell number increase and tissue repair, it is the main driver for development during puberty; also great for lipolysis and body recomposition (muscle gain and fat loss)
potential side effects could be cancer, if already predisposed or existing and organ enlargement, including the heart (cardiomegaly); all these side effects are mainly caused by hyperplasia
30m half life


ghk-cu: ghk-cu (glycil-l-histidyl-l-lysine copper peptide) stimulates elastin and collagen proliferation, promoting skin quality and texture aswell as nails and hair health.
*note* reconstitute it in saline or pbs, if you reconstitute it in bac water you’ll only get the ghk effects without the copper (which is the important part) and it will also hurt.
3h half life


mt2: melanotan 2 stimulates melanin production, effectively making you tan (yes, even in the winter)
stand in the sun for 30m everyday and you’ll see the effects very quickly
*can reduce appetite and increase sexual arousal as side effects (if you even wanna count them as side effects lol)*
2h half life


retatrutide: reta is a well researched glp-1 agonist and a staple of the body building community, it activates 3 receptors at once
glp-1: reduces appetite, improves insulin release
gip: enhances insulin response, mildly improving metabolic efficiency
glucagon: increases energy expenditure and fat burning
basically it’ll make you leaner by making you less hungry and making your body use more energy, burning more fat
6h half life


tesamorelin: used primarily to reduce visceral fat (the most dangerous type of fat) and for better sleep. works the same as cjc 1295 (stimulates the pituitary to release more gh etc.)
30m half life


igf-1 lr3: it’s shit don’t buy it.
igf-1 des: it’s shit don’t buy it.
