Honestly a lot of them are a waste of money. Obviously there are some phenomenal ones like the glps for weight loss and shit to heal you like bpc but for the most part, the rest of them are pretty mediocre and a lot of them take a while to even see results from. If you’re looking for something to help build more muscle just hop on gear.
