Not for best freq changes to temp compared to back/normal part and higher exposure to light if not contained and movement when reconstituted cause decrease in effectivness its better than having them in room temp and if freeze dried not a big deal but not when reconstituted

it was at 4 and moved to 7 degrees by itself let it stay there for a day and this happened so idk what temp to put it now since it shld be 2-8 degrees

yes i already went through a 12iu kit i had more strength grew up 1.4cm thats pretty much it my gym recovery was faster i have never gotten sore in the gym even since i started this but i didnt have any water rentention so im not sure sleep is much better on this before hgh i had no dreams now im dreaming everyday but ive ordered from qsc 20 days ago to try there hgh but havent gotten tracking yet. maybe its because im only on 5 iu a day (4iu now because im running out and qsc is not shipping my order) so theres no water retention im not sure
