Peptides: What are they?
Peptides are a widely spoken about subject on this forum, and today I’ll be outlining what each peptide really is, and what they do for you. This is going to be a very simple and easy to understand guide. Easy enough for you greys to understand.
What are peptides?
Peptides are molecules composed of amino acids linked by peptide bonds - similar to proteins but considerably shorter. By convention, a chain of no more than 50 amino acids is termed a peptide, but essentially a peptide is a small protein. Their functions depend on the specific sequence of their amino acids, which allows them to target specific receptors and regular biological processes.
GHK-Cu
GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper complex of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine, which is found in human plasma, saliva and urine. It is known for its benefits in promoting wound healing, reducing wrinkles, and improved skin elasticity. It is often used in anti-aging cosmetics due to its regenerative properties.
Retatrutide
Retatrutide, also known as reta, is an experimental drug for obesity developed by the American pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly & Co. It is a triple glucagon hormone receptor agonist. It has been shown to achieve a more than 17.5% mean weight reduction in adults without diabetes but with obesity or pre-obesity.
MK-667
MK-667, also known as ibutamoren or ibutamoren mesylate, is a peptide that belongs to the growth hormone secretagogues group. It works by mimicking the action of the hunger hormone ghrelin. It binds to one of the growth hormone secretagogue receptors in the brain, helping increase growth hormone levels.
It also helps increase insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1). IGF-1 is a hormone with a similar function and molecular structure to insulin. It boosts growth hormone levels with little to no effect on other hormones, such as cortisol, which can suppress the function of the immune system, brain, and memory.
Human Growth Hormone
Human Growth Hormone, otherwise known as somatotropin, stimulates growth, cell reproduction, and cell regeneration in humans. It is important in human development, it also stimulates production of IGF-1 and increases the concentration of glucose and free fatty acids. Human Growth Hormone is excellent for height optimization, bone growth optimization, muscle growth and tissue repair.

Yes I know, not all are listed, but these are the commonly named ones amongst greys and their rate me threads.
