No, and most gh secretagogue's don't do much for bone growth either, just take hgh
if you have high endogenous then they do help but gh is better

GH secretagogues act as a multiplier or amplifier of your endogenous GH release, not as a replacement. therefore if your levels were high to begin with like in puberty your igf1 can be 400 – 900ng/ml . if you took gh like 4ius+ you would be doing hrt but if you used a gh secretagogue you would double your igf1 so your 400 would be 800 which if done for extended period of time is like bone growth accelarated
