From today's day i do use peptides (sea collagen) ,it is going to improve my skin and hair quality,and the main purpose is to help my bones to recover after bonesmashing ,i do also use zink for skin , magnesium, calcium and K2 vitamin for bones .W supplements?

yeah sounds good and all but it can be better and you can take more (also lwk you named a single peptide so why the S)

Just eat high-quality food instead of using your money on supplements. Real food's nutrients are also real, fake nutrients are low-quality, no matter the brand.

For collagen, you should eat bone broth and/or bone marrow, very high quality collagen. And for zinc you could eat oysters, organ and muscle meat for magnesium, and raw milk or raw dairy for calcium and K2. They are a better, easier, and better tasting use of money.
