I am 17 years old 5’11 mid physique and have 85% clear skin what peptides would you recommend to do or just keep working out and improve myself ?

GHK-CU will fix your skin, combined with MT2 for good colouring. If you're 17 theres a chance your growth plates are still open, so check that. If they are hop on GH to get a few more inches of growth. And 100% keep working out, a mid physique dont cut it anymore.

ghk isn't cope, it's incredible.

most people aren't putting it in pbs which reduces how good it is, but it's genuinely overpowered. no side effects

People hype GHK-Cu a lot, and it does have some studies showing stuff like wound healing, collagen stimulation and skin repair, but it’s not magic and results are usually subtle and not this big transformation. Most of the “amazing” stuff you hear is confirmation bias or placebo, people notice small improvements and exaggerate. Side effects are usually mild if anything: stuff like skin irritation, redness, or sensitivity, especially with topical use. At 17, the gains from peptides are minimal compared to good diet, sleep, skin routine and sun protection. If you want to experiment later, it’s fine go for it, but your natural hormones and consistent skin care are doing 95% of the work anyway. GHK isn’t going to give massive changes on a basically healthy, still growing teen.

HGH is a completely different level though, it can actually mess with insulin sensitivity, water retention, joint pain and long term you’re looking at real risks if it’s abused. Definitely not something to touch at 17.
