You inject it buy using a insulin needle, subcutaneous injection meaning under the skin but not into muscle fibers, purchase bacteriostatic water aswell aas you will need it for reconstitution (inject water into the vials carefully). 75 euro is a pretty decent deal, for a dose thats for you to decide based on what you want, do some research on the peptides you want to consider taking.
