I think it's better to talk about cities than countries, as there is so much variation from city to city even in the same country. And, with the EU, the schengen zone, and the general predominance of free travel in Europe, many countries are not so different from one another but one town can be totally different from another just 30 miles away. With all that being said, most big or medium cities have tons of foreigners especially in the poor areas, everybody knows this. I think the statistics may also be a but inaccurate. In Belgium, there are so many middle east and north african immigrants, there is no way it's 87% native whites. In america there is a similar problem, many places in Texas or New Mexico or california will claim "90% white" but everyone you meet is a Mexican or central american
