Perception of looks translating to social connotations

I live in America, specifically NY and currently go to college, I joined a professional business fraternity a couple weeks ago after our process and everyone in the frat thinks I sleep around with everyone since I’m attractive but have never even seen me with any girls, just goes to show how people can perceive you differently based on looks but no actual evidence
