If you have a really masculine face, long hair will make you look tryhard and ugly, @badg96 should instead mascmaxx get a stubble and maybe jewelry to signify that he is completely steeped into the masc archetype.
HOWEVER, if you are above average dimorphism then long hair and earrings can ascend you, even medium hair fade or hair covering the top part of forehead can make you ascend.
If below average dimorphism, you need model tier skin, middle part and some muscles to compete.
