I feal sorry you get bullied, I do too. you terra me and have potential, so dont worry

your 15, so I wouldn't start worrying right now. Although it wont be much, try to wait it out a couple of years and see if any development happens. Proceed from there. good luck bra

yes mind is bad

Bimax is a no brainer if your even slightly reccesed and have money. But your still young, I would suggest trying your hardest to 'softmax' your way upto 18 and then getting whatever surgeries are necessary

I mean a bimax would put you in a position where you need rib cartilage rhino. So we talking two expensive, risky and time consuiming surgeries. Also you have almost zero vertical defiency meaning you will look the same from front. High chance of just ruining your harmony, if i were you i wouldnt do it. Also you would need some more upper face implants since you are class 3 skeletal defient, which are hard to get right.

Overall you are better off now then taken the hideous expensive and long route to fix all youe failos.

Would it not give me a better smile? And if I get it cut a little higher up, ehich i think i can do, wouldnt that give me a sort of improve on my knows and orbitals? Ik it’s not promised but idk, would it really not improve my front profile?

Are there any better surgeries I can get or is it just over

I mean it would be so minimal improvement with all the downsides of the nose. Your infras will not change, they will look worse in comparison.

How would my infras get worse? I have a really bad crossbite, and a deep overbite and overjet

How would my nose get worse? If anything it would have more support from the maxilla

You look like a quite beautiful gay boy, I wouldnt say you need any surgery

? You need malar implants and potentially under eye fat grafting and that’s it what is bimax gonna do?
I don’t know, push my lower maxilla forward giving a better smile and more nose support

What is wrong with your smile. If you think your maxilla is bad, I can tell you that it is not THAT bad. Look into pyriform implants. Malar implants, way less invasive than bimax and they address your issue. In my opinion your mandible has no issues, its manly your midface, specifically your cheekbones. Just make sure you do extensive research because you know malar implants may look quite unnatural.

Bimax is too invasive and in your case it’s completely unnecessary. If you have no dental or health issues, pyriform implants and malar implants easily improve all the things that you said. It gives you better nose support by pushing your nasal base forward and also makes for maxilla look more projected. Just do some research

You arent recessed relative to the frankfurt plane, more so just a flat profile

I wouldn’t even consider bimax, your side looks pretty good in the second pic
