Definitely not because of swimming but either because of his natural growth hormone or maybe a tumor that went away later on it’s own. Georgians are known to be huge maybe because of the mountain environment requiring more growth hormone.

I also know that bone thickness increases a lot till the age of 25 - 30 and slows down a lot.

So my theory is his bones got bigger and thicker with age and he also put on some weight making him look even bigger.

At the end it’s genetic how much growth hormone can affect your body like this, some grow noses and look weird instead while others become complete chads.
