I have tried a lot of different diets and this is the diet I feel the best in. prioritize animal products, potatoes for main carb source and eat fruits, honey but don't overeat them. In my opinion, dairy products can be eaten pasturized as well as unpasturized but the main problem is not the pasturization but the fact that it's supermarket milk, I drink pasteurized milk daily but it's from my local store and it tastes amazing, unlike tasteless shitty supermarket milk, a lot like vanilla ice cream. as for vegetables: carrots, tomatoes and cucumbers are fine
