Im doing 0.25mg daily it’s superior imo bcuz your hormone levels fluctuate less in the average week than if you’d take 0.5mg every 3 days

thats what on my mind too that you have less fluctuations but some doctors recommend 1mg 3x/week (mo,wed,fr) and say it doesnt mater

some even say 3x/week is superior since you still have some dht spikes but dht on hair stay the same

I know that in Korea 0.2mg is the normal daily dosage and I saw many videos about this topic

It makes sense, that official brand recommand taking 1mg instead of lower dosages, because it just sells more as you reach the end of the package faster than with lower dosage.

I am nw2.5 and probably slowly thinning (not sure it’s super slow)
And I plan doing a HT
So I want to start before that with Fin so maybe some regrowth happen
