Pheomelanin – After months of taking high-dose MSM your body starts
producing pheomelanin, which is the lighter colored melanin that
lighter-skinned people produce. This starts happening after 3 months
of taking at least 24,000mg MSM daily.
Week One: 4g = 4,000mg (1 tspn) once daily
Week Two: 4g = 4,000mg (1 tspn) twice daily (total 8,000mg)
Week Three: 12g = 12,000mg (1 tbsp) once daily
Week Four: 12g = 12,000mg (1 tbsp) twice daily (total 24,000mg)
MSM PATENT 1024x928

A new hope for the curries

lol MSM is dirt cheap where I live

What would happen if one is white-passing and takes it? Will I become even lighter?

I think dark skin for whites is a halo, everyone else has to be as light as possible

You have to make it with distilled water, MSM powder, honey, and HCl with litmus paper to properly adjust the pH of it. (The solution needs to be at a near 7.2~ pH)

Making it yourself is way cheaper in bulk and you can adjust the %x by the amount you want. Vitamin C can irritate your eyes tho, I'm not sure about that
whats the ideal concentration

Seemed to good to be true.
After cessation of treatment, skin returns to its natural, genetically-determined tone.

Of course your skin tone returns back to its base state when you cease taking it. The main effect here is that your skin tone evens out and your skin/hair health gets better. Everything else is just extra.

How does hair gets better? More volume?

4000 mg per day? For how long?

I'd be cautious of MSM. It might be one of those things that works well until your body runs out of some other component it needs in order to be effective (think of like a vitamin or mineral that is the rate-limiting factor for an enzyme). There's a podcast or two from Matt Stone where his naturopathic Dr friend talks about the good and the bad experiences he and others had with MSM.

There are many comments mentioning that the problem was the super high dose of it, not really taking MSM on itself

Of course high dosage of any product leads to more effects jfl

What if you don’t want lighter skin?
I actively try to darken my skin with melanotan and being in the sun as much as possible.
I’ve just seen and heard from the fact that it’s amazing for your skin and hair.
Any point in throwing it into my skin care stack?
