What? I’ve seen plenty of good rhinos. Sure, some don’t look good afterwards because their nose was truly an abomination to begin with but there’s definitely some great nose jobs out there.

i mean it is definitely an improvement from what i can see. im not against surgeries, especially normie/cliche ones like rhino, they can work sure

im rather against the idea that 3-4 psl incels think they'll be attractive to women with custom jaw and chin and orbital implants and fillers etc

leforts and jaw surgers that move ACTUAL bones are probably more legit, but these arent the ones they usually do as they're risky/expensive
