What i have noticed when i saw rhinoplasty results from normies is that they still look like shit. And they didnt looked like shit because of there nose. It was because of their fucking maxilla. Your maxilla was just recessed.

Do you notice how the nose changes after ppl get double jaw surgery ? Because her nose wasnt the problem in the first place, her forward growth was the problem.
