-No snacking between meals ever (even a banana will temporarily mess up your mouth ph level)
-flouride toothpaste morning and night (non-negotiable)
-flossing every day
-brush before breakfast not after, avoid brushing for 30 mins after eating/drinking
-sugarfree gum after every meal for 10 minutes (i recommend chewing the same gum for 10 minutes after every meal to minimise microplastic absorption from popping a new one)
-xylitol mouthwash once a day (around middle of the day)
-relatively frequent dairy intake, minimise acidic foods, some sugar is fine its not the devil everyone claims it to be
-high flouride remineralising gel once a week (keep it in your mouth for 10-15 minutes)
OPTIONAL:
-hydroxyapatit or xylitol toothpaste
-tongue brushing (its kind of a must but for good breath not rly teeth health tho)

add a tounge scraper too, works wonders

brush both GUM WALLS and INSIDES of teeth, most people forget to actually do this :lul:

technically, it is recommended to hit every molecule of your mouth with a cleaner (ideally not mouthwash) as so not to destroy your microbiome and prevent culmulative buildup
