Can peri pyrifrom implant mimic the effects of Le Fort 1? I have mild recession of both upper and lower jaw and a slight overbite. I am planning to get a wrap around for my lower jaw since i don’t think my lower jaw recession warrants BSSO. However my recessed maxilla is what throws off my whole facial harmony. I am not sure if I am coping with implants (wrap around and peri pyrifrom) and will down the line regret not getting bimax so if anyone wants to redpill me on bimax that’d be great.
