fucking hell from 16-19 i gained weight from alcohol and then would cut without working out and just starving and it went over and over and now my fat distribution is shit skinnyfat type shit
just gonna cut to anorexic levels and then lean bulk for like 2 years i cant stand seeing my face not being lean
