Perioral lipo and buccal lipectomy

Anyone here had perioral lipo and or buccal lipectomy give info on how they feel about their medium to long term (after 6 months) results. Would be especially interested to hear from anyone who's had perioral lipo in isolation without the buccal fat removal.
