I have noticed that male models tend to have some fat around their mouths due to the rest of their face being so lean. Prime example is Simon Nessman. He has a great maxilla and forward grown mouth area. I have a face that’s too lean and I have a forward mouth area and I also kind of have this thing. Would perioral mound just be a waste of time ?

I have it too, just means your teeth are a bit forward

Getting Peroral Lipo without Buccal Fat Lipo in conjunction will cause your buccal fat pads to sag and you will look like shit

lower maxilla projection being further than upper maxilla, midface and zygomatic projection as well as fat can cause this

His face doesn't look very lean tbh. Hard to tell from that one black and white pic though.

I have that, isn’t it a desirable trait?

Largely due to angle as well tbh. O'Pry has it, Delon had it, Stephen James has it. They all have pretty much ideal ogee curves.

I also have kinda that (portruding mouth) but lack in some extra chin projection. is mine a decent ogee curve?

What do you mean with unnapealing?
Like protruding mouth will look worse really close up. It looks better without lens distortions

Oh, i know it just was a pic to show it, given that users here already consider the lens distortion and take it into account.

Protruding lips/mouth are a desirable trait as long as it is not overly so (which then is a sign of maxillary prognathism) and as long as the chin is not recessed
