Does being severely underweight affect the fat pads around the eyes? I remember that when I was younger I didn't have eye bags and had a lower UEE, but now I've got a shitty UEE and tear troughs showing on the inner side of the eye, if I get to a healthy weight will I get a better looking eye area or is this just pure cope?

I definitely notice my eyes hollowing out when I lose weight.

My eye exposure was never great to begin with but after losing 20ish pounds it’s much worse
