As we all know, nandrolone is notorious for causing fibrosis in tissues including the heart.

After great results with npp+bonesmashing, i decided to form this theory

When bone is fractured or stressed, the body forms an internal callus
IMG 6775

This callus is made of type I and III collagen initially, produced by osteoblasts and fibroblasts.
The callus is made to protect damaged bones and to form new vessels etc.

this is different from the earlier discussed theory about subperiosteal hematomas.

As this callus is formed, it provides a “scaffold” for new mineral deposition. Over time, the collagen matures and is converted to bone-like tissue on top of the new bone minerals.

This means that the new tissue isn’t actual bone tissue but rather a bone-like tissue made from matured collagen and bone minerals.

I personally bonesmashed twice daily while being on 300/300 test/npp, yeilded great results.

Where did you bone smash and how evident was the difference? Do you think it required being on test/npp to notice such differences?

Definitely noticed far greater results while being on compared to test alone. Smashed zygos which experienced great enlargement and chin which became a little wider.

Anterior zygos around the infraorbital rim or laterally? It seems like people typically experience greater differences in the cheekbones than anywhere else.

Primarily anterior since my laterals arent that bad. Didnt hit laterals very much tho so cant tell really

I was thinking about how oxandrolone could have an effect here and worth a try since it has effects on collagen.
Was even used on burn survivors.

yea ig var could theoretically work
