no, i stick my tongue between my top and bottom teeth slightly so they dont grind.
i also do this with slight perma squinting (only trying to squint beneath the eyes, not above, with as little force as possible) and i do nose flaring to make it look a little slimmer and i slightly pout my lips (doing this has mostly become subconscious to me) and when i am at home i do hard mewing so i dont look like a retard in public.

i used to do this a lot, looking back it looks very retarded if you give yourself even a slight underbite it just makes your maxilla look flat just make sure if ur jutting its no more then your incisors lined up

yeah i dont bring my bottom incissors infront of my top it looks stupid
