My appetite is genuinely insane, I lose and gain the weight back constantly. Ever since discovering GLPs & DNP my life has changed. I can eat whatever (I still eat mostly clean) without worrying.

I’ve gone up to 8mg Reta in the past (Gained a few pounds since coming off). currently on 2.5mg Tirz (which mogs Reta so hard in suppressing my appetite).

Anyone else perma running GLP’s?
They mog so hard not just for weight loss but just overall health (Insulin sensitivity, Lipids, reducing visceral fat) . Only problem i see is titrating up which after sometime will become expensive.

then why do mfs say this shit is the holy grail for GLP-1s
I’m guessing it’s better at gip and gcgr less sides than everything else and sometimes u don’t wanna nuke appetite

it’s pretty well known Tirz and Sema mog Reta when it comes to pure appetite suppressant. even on higher dose of Reta, I only slightly felt the appetite suppression.

Because it’s a triple receptor
Some people don’t get the appetite suppressant satisfaction on Reta. so they have to add things like Cagrilintide or low doses of Sema.

Yes i run tirzepatide permanently, I was on reta but it increased my heart rate too much.

Staying lean was one of the biggest struggles I had when I was natty, these GLP1s are miracle drugs as I struggle to eat 1800 some days. They also have insulin sensitivity benefits like you said.

Fucking lmao at not being on these 24/7 and cutting "naturally", the future is enhanced 😂😂

I'm at 10% bf already running 5mg of reta, thinking about either coming off or lowering to 2mg.
I'll have surgery very very soon and will have to stop gymcelling for 6-8 weeks. I wonder if I should hop off after the surgery?
@chadisbeingmade what do you think?

Ever heard of cycling brother? Don't perma run anything at high doses please.

Is there a stronger rebound effect with quitting GLP-1's?

I wouldnt want to stay on reta for too long tbh, I lost a large amount of weight (20kg) in the course of 6 months, and honestly, am surprised I hadnt gotten reta sooner, could have reduced the cut time in half and would have been at 13% rn.

Have been cruising at 24% for 2 weeks and will be getting reta in 3 weeks. Looking to just go on super low dose and never touch it again.

I keep telling myself i have the willpower to stay lean, as ive already done most of the heavy lifting naturally and have no rpoblem maintaining my current weight.

Also eat incredibly clean,
never have a diet break,
havent eaten anything but meat fruit and dairy for the past 7 months,
didnt eat cake for my brithday.

Got forced to eat something at someone elses birthday once, got chicken nuggets shoveled in my mouth.

Sorry for ranting and yapping,

the question,

Will i be hooked on reta?

Is there even any benefit other than being lean from it?

how does this work?
how can you eat whatever if reta makes every food taste like shit, and make you vomit?
im confused pls explain:p

I’ll just switch to low doses Sema & Cagri when I start getting into the high doses of Tirz.

Cycling is done with toxic compounds or compounds to let your body recover, glp 1 agonists are not dangerous at all,its the opposite,it stops him from getting fat, stops insulin resistance etc. What hes doing is perfectly conducive for health

That may be true but I'm still suspicious about being on it long term, I'd rather hop off, lean bulk and then hop back on if I need to cut again

I mean you can be unsure all you want but giving advise based on straight intuition instead of actually analysing the compound and looking at the evidence is stupid

Yeah but how long can a cut last tho?

I'm not offering advice, I'm actually asking for some

Reta never made me do that
Hardly even suppressed my appetite
same issue here dude
adding .25mg sema (low doses) stacked with 2-4mg reta within the week for more suppression
i hear it works by making you nauseous to food which im looking for

lmk what you end up adding for your suppression

back again to ask something 😇

how were your dnp cycles? did you shred down good and did you happen to lose any muscle or lean mass?

i have that and sema on hand. itching to try them but wanna do my research first

thanks 🤓

I’ve ran DNP 2 separate times
Yes the fat loss is very good, Obviously with any weight cut some will be muscle but it’s very minimal with DNP.
Often times GLPs and thryoid meds are combined with DNP {like i did}

If Reta/Sema are working out for you good stick with them, If u alr have DNP in hand might as well use it.

I found 400mg a good dose that was bare able with good fat burning effects.
All you need for support supplements are
Anti-histamine (VERY IMPORTANT)
NAC/ubiquinol
high dose melatonin
