from what i know there is only fat grafting and lower eyelid retraction, is there more, which is best?

my main problem is just the lower eyelid, it looks ideal when i slightly start smiling without showing my teeth,
i don't need a whole reconstruction or anything, it's only the bottom.

i would only do fat grafts and avoid any other eye area surgery. i mean clinics post their results and they almost always look uncanny and those are the ones they thought were good enough so imagine the average result.

fat grafting doesn't seem to have much of an impact except the fullness of the under eyes, that's what i'm most worried about.

adding more fat sometimes increases lower eyelid support pulling it up but its subtle, you would need pexy to fully fix retracted eyelids. it shouldnt look fake or weird if its just reinforcing the existing structure without repositioning the lateral canthus. either way you would need fat grafts so get that first
