Legit havent used it in months and im still tan , if i let the sun hit my skin i just get darker and darker within minutes

i take a 50k vit d supplement every 2 weeks , i am slight deficient in it shown on blood work . In fact ive had somewhat low vit d all my life .

Vitamin D supplements don’t work

If you live in a high EMF area like Los Angeles, you can tan on the beach and still have low vitamin D
