He knows a lot and he's kind enough to share it, but it's not like we don't thank him for it. Almost every thread he's ever made a significant contribution to is littered with people thanking him and liking his posts.

But he still seems to feel like that's not enough. Like we owe him something or are indebted to him because we don't offer him anything back. Which is strange, because that's entirely his decision seeing as he doesn't want to post pictures.

He's not a god, he's a user like any other (albeit a well-read one) and should be treated as such.

@Lifeisgood72 always seemed to have a friendly relationship with him, and has always tried to be a helpful member of the community. I doubt his comment was meant as anything other than jest. And even then, it's a picture of his forehead with no identifiable features that @x30001 himself had said people could ask @Lifeisgood72 for before. I don't get why he'd be so concerned, nor why he'd feel compelled to threaten to dox a user in return.

But in any case, @Sergeant won't delete his posts. This is a public forum, as the mods so frequently like to remind us. Everything you share is shared at your own largesse.

Its kind of a bind because if he then replies and helps its kind of like tacitly admitting "yes, threatening me works". If he doesn't and there's a joking dox then its kind of foot-in-the-door for similar shit later. I doubt he was actually concerned about the forehead pic itself.
2. As far as the "owing him" thing goes I can honestly understand why he might be a little frustrated. He puts out the highest value content on the forum by a huge margin - I think that's pretty fucking undebatable - meanwhile 90% of users are just churning out garbage. I mean look at this thread. In group PMs I've had with him where all of us were posting high-effort high-IQ shit he seemed happy and was thanking us in turn. I'll bet what he really wanted was just intelligent serious discourse. Consistently failing to get it must have been frustrating. If you're intelligent the greatest reward is other intelligent people sharing stuff with you in turn, not people sucking your dick for being intelligent, which yeah we do, but that's because we want him to stay and post more shit.

Yeah it was definitely over the top. TBH to everyone in the thread noting this was the reaction kind of odd? Yeah it was.
