Perma squinting is just for temporary increase in looks, esp for photos, but the frowning actually built better shape around the uee.

I did not do it 24/7 tbh, but yeah it does look autistic when you frown, but now it paid off and I have minimal hooding with high pfl almond eyes.

I did it unintenionally, pre looksmaxxing tbh. I just realized in retrospect it helped me when looking back at old pics.

There is a possibility for that playing a role as well, I am 18 now, but the fat pads and muscles in that area are more dense now as well.
