I thought it would be a smart idea to start taking peptide injections and doing keto omad a month ago.

Worst idea of my life.

I dropped from 26 to 20% bodyfat in a month, but now that ive learnt that omad will stunt my growth ive tried to get off multiple times but I have adjusted my schedule and my body so much that its hard to eat carbs and outside my eating window now.

I took a blood glucose level and clocked in at 5.8 today which is prediabetic and i think thats cus of my peptides (2mg CJC weekly and 300mcg of GHRP2 daily)

All in all i fucked myself
