Does it actually change the structure of your face over time? I've gotten to a point where it feels more normal than biting down and my teeth haven't taken any damage from it. I don't really have an overbite (as in my molars are in a relatively normal position) but when I don't rest my incisors on top of eachother my chin and lips are abnormally small and I look rather like Vladimir Putin.

I can imagine the muscles you're using when jutting being more comfortable/stretched out for that position but when it comes to bones you ain't changing shi
