i know this is a controversial topic but:
i have bonesmashed my whole face with a main focus on zygos consitently for 3 weeks like a couple weeks ago and had a little break after
after i stopped i noticed my zygos popping and protruding, i first thought this was just swelling (as it can last multiple days) but even after multiple weeks now i have permanent changes in bone not tissue, i can feel it and see the difference
what do you think
