Permanent Fix For Nasolabial Folds

Would paranasal implants be the best route to take for a permanent fix for nasolabial folds?

I need something permanent and effective. I am young and yet still have them.

I've heard fat grafting to address folds can make face look more bloated constantly. Also, how can I tell whether it's a structural issue?

Mine aren't folds, they're lines. They don't fold in any way, only when I talk or smile of course.

I can't tell if they're a structure issue or not. They are only noticeable in harsh lighting from side or under and when I use flash.

Mine also aren't actual folds, they are just lines.

if you take a side profile pic and the area looks sunken, it's probably recession and paranasal is the best choice. If it's not sunken and literally just lines, you could go with subcision which is also permanent

idealy send a pic but u can have them 4 a number of reasons first find the reason so u can adress the root cause and fix it
