Permanent retainer preventer palate from expanding

My palate has definitely expanded since chewing but I have permanent retainer of top and bottom 4 front teeth and I want them removed so it doesn't prevent expansion

It won't expand all the same or not? I guess you would get crooked teeth

I thought about that if I had them removed it might expand faster but could become crooked or something
I think it is still expanding but the retainer either makes it harder or keeps it within a certain limit it cam expand but I want to get them removed just to see

Wont expand big enough to make any significant changes i guess tbh. Not worth to get crookd teeth (big failo).

You can expand your arch with braces or just get mse

I'm gonna ask the dentist about palate expansion and forward growth and see if the retainer does restrict growth because my wisdom teeth are coming in and I don't want them removed because my jaw is consistently getting wider

You know when you first start mewing you put your tongue behind the ridge behind your front top teeth, well that ridge doesn't even exist for me anymore
From giga hard mewing and chewing the ridge flattened it went up and toward (essentially moved front teeth forward
) Now the ridge is further back in my mouth I figure I will keep pushing on it hard and it hopefully forces my mouth even more forward my wisdom teeth prob are putting constant force on my bones too

I'm 18 now been mewing for at least 3 years
Starting hard chewing at January 2020
I would chew anywhere from 2 to 9 hours a day I can chew like 20 pieces of falim at once even after it's months old and like a actual rock
