I shave and I still have a light stubble look, from far away I look clean shaven but up close you can see hairs. And they grow back fast, the next day the hairs are much thicker and longer.

Is this bad for collagen? Has anyone here gotten Hair laser removal or plan on it?

I plan on doing this to my neck, because it’s the most painful area to shave and it never looks clean. I have razor burn there and everytime I shave my neck it bleeds. Jfl
