thins the skin when applied and seen real insane results in my nose w 4 months of on and off usage, haven't seen anyone touch up on this subject. lmk if i should try it out w photos and show results over time.

What was your routine for the nose and which cream did you use? I dont think it will work for cheeks though

if you have inflammation, it would be better to use accutane to target everything systemically rather than only the regions applied topically.

on accutane at the moment so i can second this

fixing things inside out is the method for almost everything here ^

True.
It would be better to use topical gels only at specific areas, like the nose, which are very susceptible to inflammation, compared to something like the buccal region. Besides, targeting systemic inflammation is better for health as well

triamcinolone cream 0.01, applied on the nasal tip and nasal sidewall, used every other day for about 2 months.

thanks. what made you settle with triamcinolone rather than hydrocort or something stronger like betaderm? was it just what you had available?

yeah raided my moms medicine cabinet and got lucky jfl, seems to get the job done pretty well so i dont feel like ill be using anything stronger in the future.
