Personal Experiment Plan: MK-677 (Ibutamoren)

Objective:
Test the effects of 30mg MK-677 daily for 6 months, based on a study comparing 4 IU HGH daily vs 25mg MK-677 — both reportedly resulting in similar GH levels.

Timeline:

Start Date: 2025-05-16
End Date: 2025-11-16
Duration: 6 months (180 days)

Current Stats (at start):

Age: 17 years, 2 months
Height: 1.88m (barefoot)
Weight: 86kg
Bench Press Max: 155kg

Additional Actions:

Planning a DEXA scan in the coming weeks to assess growth plate status and bone age.
- Note: Will proceed with MK-677 regardless of growth plate status (open or closed).

Diet:

Currently 7 days into a raw diet (uncooked whole foods) + fruits for sugar.
- Enjoying it so far and plan to continue.
