Spending hours a day on thumb pulling for a theoretical 1–2 mm of change over a year is an inefficient use of time. That same time would be better invested in building skills, income, and long-term stability—resources that can actually fund a proven medical solution like a Le Fort I or II, which produces real, predictable skeletal change. From a cost–benefit perspective, pursuing validated interventions beats chasing unproven techniques.
