Any advice wanted so I can ascend.
Open injections/steroids ect.
Open to surgery in later life.
Money isn't a serious issue.

Thanks for the advice. Can you point out some of the worst asymmetries and if I'm able to fix them. Rhino was planned in future anyways

Your skull is slanted as a whole. Eye area mostly and the ears.
