Personal thoughts on guasha?

In early 2025 when I was more of a grey I bought one for 8 bucks along with a jade roller and used it off and on. I think its cope but what are your guys personal experience with it?

It isnt some magic tool. It encourages lymphatic drainage which can make your face look less puffy but the effects are only temporary. Good to use before a big day

Yeah but even if there's a big day coming up a guasha takes many days or weeks to have good visible effects. Atp id rather just focus on my diet and cardio which is more useful
