What are the most effective ways to promote my personal training services, such as one-on-one sessions, group classes, or online coaching, to attract more clients and grow my business?

can you give some buzzwords examples?
Literally whatever you're going into per video or advertisement, just go unneccesarily deep into it

Ex. Instead of saying "Pushups target your chest, tricep and shoulders!" say:

Performing a pushup triggers rapid hydrolysis of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) within the sarcomeres of the pectoralis major, anterior deltoid, and triceps brachii. This ATP consumption is replenished initially via phosphocreatine buffering and subsequently by anaerobic glycolysis, generating lactate as a metabolic byproduct.

The point is to create confusion for the normies who don't know what any of those words mean, so their only solution to them not knowing & feeling left out would be to contact YOU about it, this also makes YOU seem smarter and know more than you actually do.
