This site absolutely has some great things- like motivating young men to get lean and look great.

But don't get into the negative side of it. The side where people think that if they're not an irl 6 or 7 there's no point.

Get as lean as you can, get your looks to the absolute potential, but personality absolutely matters, as does going out into the world and having experiences.

Don't spend hours online hating yourself and female nature.

I am going to spend less time on this forum, while taking the motivation to get lean and better looking from it.

There's a fine line for every man between being a warrior (discipline to become the best you can be) and a sadist/masochist (hating the world and yourself).
