If you have npd its a literal warp of the mind that you get as a toddler (4-5 years old) you are only able to respond to percieved danger by using denial projection and other childish ass defense mechanisms its not liberating or free to have npd its the opposite literally programmed by your retarted brain to always respond in a very easily spotted pattern. if you hang out with low iq people and date retarted women then sure you might get away with it for a while. but if you wanna actually have friends with a brain then it only takes a few months of pattern recognition to understand how retarted the npd guy thinks and rationalizes things and when that so person learns about the diagnosis npd they can label it on u within minutes. same shit happend to a guy we knew who had npd. we all thought he was just a douchebag retard but funny and charismatic. but we learnt about it and stopped hanging out with him. Antisocial is a bit more respectable because they straight up dont give a shit about recognition. Imagine a helpless woman crying getting saved by someone with NPD. the npd guy will march in thinking i will be the hero this is about me now i will be the prince saving the crying woman. he might even try to make her feel better maybe he even wants to fuck her but at the end of the day its about himself right? the aspd guy will see her crying and think shes vulnerable i can act like i care and maybe talk my way into some pussy tonight. not about himself not about this retarted image its purely about just getting what he wants without caring about the other persons rights.
