I agree with you to a certain extent, but every single "sex symbol" is trendy because Hollywood props them up. Do you know how many unknown models mog both of these guys?

on movies you don't notice height the same way. You see spiderman up to his shoulders or flying around, etc, you don't stand next to him and feel his raw power and stature as you look up at him.
