how to personality maxx i have extreme social anxiety disorder and am high inhib i was bullied through my entire life have 1 or 2 friends who rarely speak with me i dont know how to talk to people my confidence is at all time low how do i even get to socialise i am sub5 trying looksmaxxing for now and studymaxxing my future seems bleak how can i get into social interactions. i have lost all hope every day feels painful
