No such thing as "best personality". Thats entirely subjective. You can't classify or rank personalities. Frauding it is even worse.

You can't really describe a personality that's good outside of general things like being funny, witty, fairly optimistic, down to try new things idk.

Honestly just not trying to fit in or being liked by anyone but yourself will do the work. It might take some time but people really respect those who just don’t try to jestermax. But jokes aside, since you’re asking about personality, it all comes down to being yourself and not giving a shit about others liking you. They soon will anyways.
